SHINE Dance HIIT
In case you heard about this from a friend, SHINE FIT is a body-positive, anti-diet fitness company with dance-based athletic training classes started by women's fitness expert Jess Takimoto.
In Dance HIIT, you can expect a high-intensity workout broken into 10-12 songs, including a warm-up and cool-down. You can expect bodyweight plyometric moves like jumping jacks, burpees, tuck jumps, squats, and LOTS of dance breaks! Modifications are provided for all fitness levels (including low-impact/no-jump options on everything - i.e. Standing burpees, knee-ups, etc.), so wherever you are, we are ready to dance it out with you. Please speak to your instructor before class if you have any specific injuries, limitations, questions, or concerns.
